2. Scope of Services

WebVerse Tech is an IT services development agency specializing in full-stack web architectures, mobile application compilation, AI automations, headless CMS solutions, and cloud deployments. All custom software deliverables, timelines, and milestones are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLA) or scoping documents mutually signed.

3. Payments & Cancellations

All client payments are processed through Cashfree's secure payment gateway. Tiers and invoicing estimates are listed on our pricing sheets. You can request order cancellations within 48 hours of initial invoice payment, provided that project architecture mapping or resource setups have not yet commenced.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a signed service agreement, the intellectual property of all compiled source code, wireframes, and production builds is transferred fully to the client only upon complete settlement of all agreed invoicing milestones.

5. Liability Limitations

In no event shall WebVerse Tech or its engineers be held liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the custom software deliverables, even if notified of such possibility.

6. Governance & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bihar, India, for the resolution of any disputes.
